Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you will have 30 days from your shipment date in which to request a return. No returns will be allowed 45 days past your invoice date.

APX Imaging, Inc. will authorize returns for a complete refund in the event of an error or if a product is found to be defective.

Custom orders are not eligible for return unless they are found to be defective. Custom orders for items such as aprons or prescription lead glasses, for example, cannot be returned.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number issued by APX Imaging, Inc. If you would like to request a return do not hesitate to Contact Us at your earliest convenience.

All standard products that are returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. In the event that the manufactures restocking fee for a particular item is more than 20%, the customer will be responsible for any additional fees. All protective apparel is subject to a 50% restocking fee.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Products must be returned in new condition, accompanied by a Return Authorization Number, and with all the original packaging materials and manuals in place. If any of these requirements are not met, the return may be rejected and/or additional fees may be incurred.

Refunds will be issued only after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. For a full refund to be considered, every effort should be made to assure a damage-free return.

An Item exchanged for a comparable product will not be charged a restocking fee, unless imposed by the manufacturer.

Cancellation Policy

No fees will be charged to cancel an order on the same day that it was placed or prior to your order having been shipped out.

In the event that an order is canceled due to back order status or other unforeseen delays in shipment no fees will be charged and you will be refunded in full.

Damaged Goods Policy

Every attempt has been made to assure that your order is shipped in perfect condition.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please Contact Us immediately

Whether the damage is visible or concealed please keep all packaging materials for the carrier inspector.

Damaged goods must be reported within seven (7) days after delivery.  Delayed reporting can void the carrier’s responsibility to pay your claim and negate any credit for freight damage.
